Supportive, nurturing relationships are the building blocks of positive development for all children. Multiplying Connections is a Philadelphia collaborative that builds the capacity of the public children’s service system infrastructure and its professionals to:

• Apply developmentally appropriate strategies for young children
• Respond to children suffering from trauma in ways that “do no further harm;” and
• Support ways to expand the quality and quantity of children’s relationships, and nourish their healthy development
